Have you ever wondered why so many travel agents struggle to be profitable?

Unfortunately, most travel agents make the mistake of thinking that simply having a website or Facebook page is somehow going to rain money into their business.

It won't.

Think about it! How many travel agents do you know that spend hours working on their social media, emails and websites and they're still not profitable. They're wasting time on creating instagram reels or taking endless free webinars on how to create social content, all because someone told them that's what it takes to be profitable.
That may even be you right now! Yet despite this you can easily call to mind someone who IS running a wildly successful travel business.
What is it that they have figured out, that most will never realize?

One word: Sales

Just look around at the travel professionals that have built up a profitable business. Can you point to any of them and say they don't have the ability to sell successfully? They've probably even done it without having to learn every social trick in the book. Instead, they've built a clear sales strategy that attracts customers that want to work with them - and they've mastered closing the sale.
I know, it sounds silly to even consider! And I don't need to tell you, that in order for you too to achieve similar results as these successful travel advisors, you'll need to model and emulate their behavior.
You'll need to start using the same principles and strategies for influence and persuasion so you too can sell your way to a profitable travel business.
And the good news is: the ability to influence, communicate and sell isn't a natural born talent, it's a skill. And just like any other skill, like riding a bike, when you follow the framework you too can learn and use this skill, and get really good at it!
Imagine what that will do for your business when you know EXACTLY what to say and how to say it in such a way that your audience doesn't just take that next step with you, but they literally tell you, "OMG! You're the only travel agent I'll ever use!"
But for a moment consider the alternative... where do you think your business will be in 12 months from now if you choose not to learn how to sell with authority and influence? If you choose instead to endlessly put out quotes 'hoping' some day that they will give you money.
So you have a choice, you can continue filling your marketing bucket without plugging the holes or you can learn how to better serve your customers and close even more sales.

FAQ

  • I don't have any sales because of covid

Covid has hammered much of the travel industry, however, travellers are still looking to the future and getting ready to travel again. If you're waiting until next year to start selling again, those travellers may have already booked elsewhere or worse yet, won't be able to get space for another year.

  • What if I'm new to the industry?

Great! Learning how to close more sales right from the start is a great way to grow your business. If you wait until you have lots of customers to learn how to sell better, you risk losing many of those customers. You might also miss out on giving them the best experience because you lacked the knowledge and comfort to upsell them into an experience they will never forget. This program is also great for those that have been selling for years that aren't seeing the results they would like.

  • I'm just going to focus on marketing for now

Sales and Marketing go together like peanut butter and jelly. They can each do okay on their own, but together they create PBJ. The problem with ONLY focusing on marketing is that it can be very costly. If you don't know how to effectively close it will be all for nothing. If you don't close the holes in the bottom of your sales bucket, it doesn't matter how many clients you put in the bucket, they will just pour out the bottom.

  • I don't have time right now

I get it, time is something we never seem to have enough of. You will receive the replays of all of the January 2021 calls to keep for life to watch at your own pace. BUT... One more thought - if you were able to close more sales, and have to spend less time quoting to potential customers that never buy, how much time would that free up?
